We will give a full refund for any goods, except fabric (excluding the delivery charge) received back to us within 14 days of receipt by you, provided that they are in their original, unused state and in the original packaging. Please request by telephone or email a Returns Reference Number (RRN) which should be quoted with the returned goods.
All goods should be inspected by the purchaser as soon as possible after receipt. Any wrong products sent, or any faulty, damaged or defective goods should be notified to us within 7 days by telephone, email or by post. Failure to do this will imply that the buyer has accepted the goods. Faulty goods should be returned within 14 days in their original packaging and a full refund will be given, including the return agreed delivery costs. Where goods returned are found to have been damaged by the action, inaction, neglect or carelessness of the buyer, the buyer will be liable for the cost or repair of those goods and no refunds will be given.
The buyer is responsible for any returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit, and therefore we strongly advise that goods are returned using recorded delivery.
